VINEYARDS:
2021 BRAND Napa Valley White Wine
From small blocks devoted to Italian white varietals on Pritchard Hill and Northern California, the Fiano, Ribolla Gialla, and Arneis were farmed for their vibrant flavors and nuanced aromatics to produce this layered wine. Vermentino contributed bright citrusy notes and a delicate saline minerality. Greco di Tufo added subtle richness to the blend. The expression of these locally grown Italian varietals continues to impress us with their freshness and sophisticated charm.

VINTAGE NOTES:
Dry weather conditions and cool temperatures persisted throughout winter, followed by welcome rainfall in March. The warm, dry summer resulted in steady ripening and the harvest of Vermentino in mid-August. The late- ripening estate Greco di Tufo wrapped up harvest in the fall.
With thoughtful farming and precise canopy management, these resilient Italian varietals consistently give us fruit with beautiful aromatics, crisp flavors, and plenty of charm.

WINEMAKING:
o The grapes were fermented by ambient yeast in different vessels to accentuate each varietal.
o Fiano and Vermentino were fermented individually in terra cotta amphorae to enhance the fruit expression and minerality of these wines.
o Stainless-steel barrels focused the full-bodied and generous Greco di Tufo. o Fermentation in neutral oak barrels rounded the texture and finish of the
Ribolla GiallaandArneis.
o Blending achieved a beautifully fresh, layered, and polished wine. o Aged on the lees for 9 months.
o 13.0 % Alc.

TASTING NOTES:
Meyer lemon and tropical aromas are followed by bright floral and citrus notes on the palate. A long lively finish adds to the wine’s refined layers and beauty. We believe that having a brick-and-mortar winery allows us to make the thousand small decisions that set our wines apart. We think you will be able to taste the difference with this 2021 vintage.
