Executive Chef Francisco Millan is making waves at the ocean-centric hot spot Row 34 (Boston & Portsmouth, NH), part of Chef Jeremy Sewall’s and James Beard nominated restauranteur Garrett Harker’s culinary dynasty. Millan’s resume includes time in the kitchens of James Beard award winning chefs Jody Adams of Rialto and Jamie Bissonnette’s Toro as well as Gabriel Frasca of Nantucket’s acclaimed Straight Wharf Restaurant.
At Row 34, Francisco’s specialities are the delicate arts of smoking and curing fish along with his outstanding ceviche and crudo program. As his experiences unfold course by course, live vicariously through Francisco as he recounts his culinary journey, allowing the crisp oysters to tell the stories.
