Having just visited Silver Oak during our travels in Wine Country, we couldn’t be more excited to showcase our latest inspirations. This intimate evening will be centered around a perfect blend of Cornerstone cuisine and California-fueled fare from Silver Oak’s own Executive Chef, Dominic Orsini. With a philosophy centered on enhancing the enjoyment of wine, this resourceful craftsman embraces not just the wine, but wine country experience as a whole. He also happens to hail from Phoenixville, and plans to open the meal with an exclusive homage to his Pennsylvania Dutch roots, a truffled pretzel bite amuse-bouche. (Need we say more?).

With the overwhelming demand for our collaborative dinner with Silver Oak, Christine and Nick are excited to have Chef Dominic cook with them for a second night.
