l4c: leukemia and lymphoma society
10% of all weekday lunch proceeds in March to benefit LLS
—
This March, “Lunching for a Cause” will be supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This disease has had a profoundly deep impact on our lives… Last year, during the same week as Cornerstone opened its expanded bar and dining area, Chef Nick’s sister sadly ended her 6 year battle with acute myeloid leukemia. Needless to say, we are committed to do whatever we can to help alleviate the suffering of patients dealing this form of cancer. Dine at Cornerstone for lunch Tuesdays through Fridays in March and 10% of your check will support LLS-funded research and support.
LOCAL STUDENTS MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Join us for a special extended brunch to benefit LLS:
March 9th from 9am-3pm
25% of all brunch proceeds go to Eloise Richter’s “Students of the Year” Campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
—
Eloise Richter is on a mission to be named one of the Students of the Year in her school by raising the most money for LLS, and to bring attention to blood cancers like leukemia. Help us help her by coming to Cornerstone for brunch next Saturday!
Another local student, Ava McGlynn of Haverford Middle School, is helping to raise funds for Bringing Hope Home, which helps local families dealing with Cancer to pay household bills while undergoing treatment. She has a goal of $1000 and is getting close!
Please share your stories with us, we would always love to find new foundations to support.
